Live-In Care
We offer a comprehensive, full-time, live-in home care solution tailored specifically for individuals who wish to maintain their independence while enjoying the comfort, familiarity, and security of their own home. Our highly trained and compassionate caregiver will be present throughout the day to assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping, all customized to fit each client’s unique preferences and requirements. In addition to daytime support, our caregiver will stay in the home overnight, assisting as needed. This includes attending to bathroom needs and delivering any other overnight support necessary for the client’s comfort and safety. As part of this arrangement, clients must provide appropriate sleeping accommodations and meals for the caregiver, which helps create a conducive living environment for both parties. To ensure the caregiver can perform their duties effectively and sustainably, they are entitled to a minimum of eight hours of uninterrupted sleep each night and several reasonable breaks throughout the day to recharge. This collaborative setup cultivates a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, prioritizing both the client’s and caregiver’s well-being and dignity. By balancing the needs of both parties, we create a harmonious living situation that enhances the quality of care provided.
Available options include: 24/7 live-in care or 24/7 round-the-clock care, depending on the level of support needed.
Hourly Care
Our hourly-based home care service is designed to allow you to select the specific days and hours that best align with your care requirements. We understand the importance of consistency in caregiving, so one of our highest priorities is connecting you with a stable caregiver. This approach helps prevent the disruption of having a constantly changing team of caregivers, allowing for a more comfortable and trusting environment. To maintain this consistency, we typically require a minimum schedule of 6-hour shifts, at least 3 days per week. Most of our dedicated caregivers seek as close to full-time work as possible; following this recommended schedule can significantly reduce turnover and ensure that you develop a strong rapport with your caregiver. This long-term relationship fosters trust and minimizes the need for repetitive training and introductions with new caregivers, making your care experience smoother and more personal. We can also provide 24-hour, around-the-clock care for clients requiring more intensive support. In these situations, we generally assign 2 or 3 caregivers who work 8 or 12 hour shifts, ensuring you receive continuous, attentive care tailored to your needs.
Respite Care
Respite care is designed to offer caregivers invaluable short-term relief during times when they may need to step away from their responsibilities. We fully understand the challenges faced by family members and friends who devote their time and energy to caring for their loved ones. Caregiving can be physically and emotionally demanding, and caregivers need to have the opportunity to attend to personal obligations, recharge their batteries, or enjoy a well-deserved break. With our respite care services, you can rest easy knowing your loved one will receive compassionate and attentive care in a nurturing environment. Our dedicated team is experienced in providing support tailored to the individual needs of each person in our care. Whether you require assistance for a few days or just a single overnight stay, we are here to ensure your loved one remains safe, comfortable, and engaged. You can trust our caregivers to step in with professionalism and warmth, maintaining your loved one’s routine and providing companionship, personal care, and any other support they may need during your absence. This allows you to focus on your own well-being, knowing that your loved one is cared for while you take the time to refresh and rejuvenate.
